Everything we do at dE.LENZO is handmade and, like good cooking, it takes time. Once we receive your order, we produce the piece(s) exclusively for you, putting love, care, and attention into every part of the process. Whenever possible, we will try to get your order out of our facilities as quickly as possible, but you should take into account the day you place your order and the time (on weekends or at night), as well as whether we have sales or special offers.

Shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the entire order placed. -
Shipping to the Canary Islands
Our products are shipped to the Canary Islands by GLS, and shipping costs depend on the weight and dimensions.
- Europe and international shipments : UPS or FEDEX. Customs duties and taxes of any kind are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders will be shipped to any location on the peninsula by private courier GLS or FEDEX and take between 24 and 72 hours to reach their destination.

Orders for the Balearic and Canary Islands. All orders sent to any point on the peninsula are shipped by private courier GLS or FEDEX and take between 24 and 72 hours to reach their destination.

Orders for Europe and the rest of the world. These are sent by FEDEX or UPS and take between 5 days and 3 weeks to arrive.
The agencies we usually work with are LOGIAL GLS, FEDEX, or UPS. Once the order has been prepared and is ready to be shipped, dE.LENZO will provide the customer with a tracking number and the page where it can be entered so that they can track it at any time and check for any changes made by the agency. The shipping service includes two delivery attempts. If the customer is still absent after the two delivery attempts, GLS will return the order to its origin and dE.LENZO will not bear the costs of a new shipment.
Returns: Returns are not accepted except in the case of errors on the part of the company, such as incorrect measurements, wrong colors, or defective products. IMPORTANT: THEY MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED.

- RETURNS OF ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN USED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Returns of cushion fillings will not be accepted.
